I have nothing to say that has already been said but I will say this it not fair for them to ban a hobby that cause no harm but bring joy to the ones who follow the rules

Criminalizing this activity will not only affect hobbyists but also present and future pilots who will use this tool for public and commercial applications such as inspection of infrastructure, buildings, property, air quality, farm land, livestock, police work, land and property development, and much more, FPV should not be banned but regulated for safety and minimal competence. This hobby is going mainstream and will become a tool for industry and government. Lets not kill our future with a ban.

FPV is an important part of safe UAS operation. Banning it is wrong.

Drones and FPV theory are being used by schools as an excellent application for students STEMs and PLTW programs. Banning drones would stymy this effort.

Given the current evolution in our Uas systems it would be virtually impossible to operate the aircraft with a means of monitoring the video feed. In todays latest multi rotor models which most of the 333 certified professional pilots use, a tablet or viewing screen is required for everything ranging from start/stopping the camera, viewing and framing the image, to actually controlling the aircrafts functions and diagnosing an issue in flight. Taking away the ability to use these functions is effectively making it dangerous for Uas operators to fly. Thank you for you time and consideration.

AMA rules exist to protect the public safety and interests of the hobby and technology behind it. I feel this motion is simply a step in the wrong direction that needs further evaluation.

If you ban fpv then you should ban the weather chopper..telephoto lenses...oh and the Hubble Telescope is looking right down your wifes blouse right now. Done safely this sport imposes no concern to the public.

a blanket fpv flight ban is counter to the development of the technology. Many hobby shops in my area are closing their door because of this. Many going out of business

This capricious and ill conceived ordinance is causing an unintended detrimental economic effect on hobby shops and retailers at worst possible time, the holidays! Sales have plummeted precipitously causing unnecessary financial hardship.

From day one. The few screw ups from people that don't care. The the people who care get screwed. Un fair to make a law that protects the people who don't abide by the rules and regulations so I totally agree with this petition it should be FPV anywhere anytime
I agree completely and I will comply
