We, the students, are asking you to let students with an A average skip the final exam. In the past, students who earned an A were rewarded for their hard work and commended. If students have an average of 90 and above and failed the exam their overall grade will decrease. All of their hard work, time, and commitment was for a B. Upsetting no?
Additionally, many upperclassmen have to take the NJGPA (mandatory), the SAT, ACT, and AP tests. It is very time consuming and draining! Lets join together and make a change!

hell yes, get rid of final exam for people with As, time consuming and stressful when you gotta worry about it when student already have enough exams on their plate.
I believe this should be signed because it isn’t fair for the students who are actually willing to put in the hard work to pass a class and I think it’s only fair for the kids who aren’t putting that effort to do that so I think it’s should apply to those who have a A average
I feel it is important to exempt hardworking students who get an A throughout the year on average. They shouldn’t have to be afraid of a test ruining this average.
Students should be rewarded for their hard work and good grades and shouldn’t be forced to take a test that they proved they don’t need to take. It rewards students and encourages them to continue good behavior, discipline and habits that will be used in college, the workforce and many other areas of society and adulthood
I work hard to achieve all my A’s balancing, homework, tests, extracurriculars ect. I think it is unjust that I need to take these irrelevant tests

Finals more often than not create stress which hinders performance, and by having this weigh so much on the grade is indirectly telling the students that their hard work throughout the year means nothing because of one thing they got wrong. It's a slap in their faces.
