As a Kcr Resident who uses all the adjacent traiks/roadway, I find this extremely DANGEROUS. Not to mention Sawyer has no legal basis to out up fencing with lights. Surely jeffco will do the right thing.... Eventually.

I oppose the construction of the fence.

It's illegal. Jeffco should order it removed

Just as I opposed the ugly fencing in South Valley Park, I oppose constructing a private fence on public open space in “Parcel A” in Ken Caryl Valley. This fence is completely unnecessary and will damage the meadow, the scenery and impact public access for recreation. Stop these land grabs! Stop making life more difficult for our wildlife!

No fence, it makes no sense.

This fencing decision was essentially settled in 2006. The new owners purchased the property understanding this (or they did not perform their proper DD) and should not be allowed to NOW build new private fences or whatever they fancy. Both the North Ranch HOA and KCR Board / HOA should allow for facts to be shared openly and for KCR residents to comment.

I am strongly opposed to building a fence - it will be a disruption to wildlife and an obstacle to land Ken caryl residents pay for. Let the court's decision from 2006 stand.

Keep open space open, please.

This fence makes no sense and will significantly affect the views and feeling of open space which is the reason so many of us choose to live in Ken Caryl, especially the north ranch.

There does not seem to be a valid reason for this fence. This space is open space and the owner was aware of the easement at the time of purchase.

Thank you for the opportunity to help protect this wonderful habitat.

Open space should be just that! If the owner doesn't appreciate open space why live there?

No valid reason for fence! I enjoy the open space and have run up this Jeffco trail in "Parcel A". It's a beautiful open space as it is. There is no need for the fence to serve the open space and the argument for needing one is absurd.

This fence sounds like a hindrance and a waste of money.
