Unbelievable. This is forced consumerism. I don't see why we cannot get the un-updated version. I have no intention on ever going for iPhone (I hate that phone), Google and Microsoft (best way to release all your personal information to the world) . Shame on you Zuckerberg.

I think Whatsapp and Facebook should be ashamed of themselves. If they remove access to BlackBerry apps I will delete my account and post to the world how selfish they are and never ever use any of their products. In this day and age when everything is on social media not everyone wants to use iphones and androids. I love blackberry's because it works as a business phone and not a toy!

There are still many BlackBerry users globally. Cutting support service will treat many users unfairly. I hope Whatsapps and Facebook should give a longer notice period, say 2 years, to the public, so that people can take into account this factor before purchasing their new phones.
