Please, please don't do this! I, we all love Whatsapp and I use it daily to communicate and send photos, videos to my family in Brazil! Keep Whatsapp on BB!!!!!
I really love BlackBerry phones and really sad to lose Whatsapp on it! Together they are my lifeline for work and keeping in touch with family and friends. Please don't leave us, Whatsapp!

I have a Z30 which is a perfectly capable if not entirely excellent smart phone. Implying that my Z30 lacks the horsepower and features required to justify continued development and support is asinine. Take your petty politics and money-grubbing and shove them.

Planned obsolescence is a bad idea and always will be a bad idea. Facebook/Whatsapp remind us of the type of worst practices that companies with totalitarian views do and later regret. I really hope common sense prevails because if whatsapp goes ahead I will no longer use it ever.

Old systems, too weak for new options... These excuses are ridiculous! BB10 is v.good phone. It will be worthless in one case - when man don't need a phone anymore, due to another kind of communication.
