Sad that our kids have no business wandering into our Seattle city parks alone these days.

Please give the parks back to the families and all people who properly use them.

Our Seattle parks have become dangerous places to enjoy. With human waste, garbage and needles I know I don't visit them anymore. Local folks have worked so hard to help care for and keep our parks healthy for generations to come. For example Piper's Creek (salmon run), and now the is in danger of being destroyed by illegal camping, dumping and waste.

Parks need a o be safe for all. Camping in parks without supervision is not safe for campers or park visitors. Laws must be enforced. This will just get worse if not stopped now.

Rules and laws need to be applied consistently to everyone. My neighbors and I would like to camp in our parks as well. Ok?

The city leaders need to 'reboot' and take a good look at what they are allowing to happen to our city! This needs to stop!

The parks are for everyone to enjoy as we pay taxes to maintain them. It’s time they find other areas for the homeless and use our tax dollars more wisely since the homeless problems keeps getting worse.

The current leaders in Seattle have destroyed the beautiful city I was raised in. I think it is a crime what they are allowing. Think of the future generations!

Shoving people into shanty towns doesn't help them or the folks who live there. These people need comprehensive help not dangerous, counterproductive, makeshift camps that make politicians feel that they're doing "something."

Would venture to say the homeless campers don't enjoy nature so how is it they are allowed to deny access to the public that love and respect our parks

This is just common sense. Parks belong to everyone and homeless encampments ruin that.

We need to not only protect our environment but our community, especially our children. As a part of the Broadview community and someone who runs through the park, I am scared to do so when I see posts like this. Please do what you can to control and support this situation.
