This project does not have the support of the majority living in the community. This project does not have any community benefits. It would be better for the community to leave the land vacant than to develop land for fast food and market rate rentals. This project serves only the developer. - Andrew Shelburne Resident of 16 Cedar Street Roxbury MA 02119

Stop this project now. You will not circumvent the people of the John Eliot Square Neighborhood Association,(JESNA) nor will you trample on their rights. This is an egregious attempt to override the community's wishes, and it will not be tolerated. There is no benefit to this community.

Enough Already in congesting this historic neighborhood w/ junk. Protocol wasn't followed and we tired of our community being affected negatively by these types of projects.

No neighborhood in Boston needs another Dunkin - new businesses need to benefit the community, not just the company interests

This is unnecessary and does not bring any benefits to the community. We do not need or want another Dunkin Donuts in Roxbury.

I am in full support of all the points made in this petition. Our neighborhood does not want, nor does it need another Dunkin Donnuts.
The DND review and selection process was clearly flawed. The community demands that this development RFA be re-done.

I am seriously disappointed on how some were allowed to completely disregard the neighbors wishes to build something the people do not want or need. The process needs to be transparent and consider the wishes of abutters and residents. Let's not let GREED win.
