The proposal chosen has no community support, and there is already a DD right around the corner from this one. The other 2 proposals were much stronger and would be substantially better for the community.

DND process was flawed. Must rescind this designation of Waldwin/Dunkin'Donuts and do a transparent score process for all 3 proposals for Archer Bonell. Include the voice of all abutters in this process.

I do not agree with putting a Dunkin donuts in this location. There's already one in the area and the food promotes obesity and diabetes.

There's a Dunkin' Donuts next door in Mission Hill and my impression is that it does nothing for the community. We don't need another one here.

Unhealthy food.

Dunkin Donuts would create major problems with regard to traffic and parking. As well as provide an unhealthy choice of food. The development does not provide home ownership but is renting around $2000/mo.

With strong community opinion in favor of a local business with roots in and benefits to the community for this spot, why were they turned down in favor of ANOTHER Dunkin' Donuts--just a few blocks away from an already existing one?

Do you really think that another D&D is what is needed to make our Roxbury neighborhood better?? And doing this w/o the communicating with the community is another unfair process.

There has to be a better choice than D&D for this location.

We don't need another Dunkin Donuts near here.

Why was a locally owned business with a solid track record passed over for yet another Dunkin' Donuts?

Stop gentrification allow people in the neighborhood to own their own neighborhoods
