"DGSH" is the devil's work! Every aspect of this horrifying 'paedophilic' agenda the cult LBGTQ+ movement is imposing on all the world is an abomination and anti God in EVERY SINGLE way!

Libraries should not be promoting misogyny to children. What sort of message does men mocking women, showing them as hyper sexulaized caricatures, accomplish? Not only is this bad for children, it is bad for women.

This is extremely inappropriate. Library story time should be centered around promoting early literacy skills. This is distracting and confusing. Please remove these events from Dallas Public Libraries.

Seems to me that this "drag queen" type is and seems as an un-natural form of life. I do not think this can be considered as one of GOD'S perfect creations.

If my religious beliefs can’t be pushed in a public library, then neither should this lifestyle. If it’s all inclusive, then why don’t they do bible story Wednesday’s?

This is a deeply disturbing idea and would give any child nightmares. Social propaganda has NO place in a library of all places.

Please cancel any Drag Queen Story Hour events in Dallas, Texas. These events promote a very unhealthy and unChristian life style to impressionable and vulnerable children who have no frame of reference that this type of activity even exists in this country. We beg you to avoid scheduling these events anywhere in the Dallas Metroplex in the future.

As an avid reader, library supporter and Mom, I do not approve of the decision to allow drag queens to read to our young children in the Dallas libraries. Dressed in garish clothing, dramatic makeup and exaggerated hair and nails, these men are frightening to vulnerable children. This is an attempt to promote a questionable agenda that is enjoyed by a minuscule population and is not appropriate for library story time or at our public elementary schools. As a parent, it’s my job to teach my child age-appropriate sex education.

I have grandchildren in Dallas. This is not age appropriate. My daughter and son in law can decide when to expose children to alternative lifestyles, NOT the public library!!!!!

Drag queens are not normative & do not represent even a miniscual portion of society which is confusing and scary to young children. This is not helpful, it is actually harmful to children to be exposed to adult dysfunction.

I doubt very seriously that the City of Dallas will heed these complaints, given the current trend of big cities hosting DQSH in their public spaces as a signal of their progressive virtue. However, it must be said that these events are harmful to children, and are wholly inappropriate for public presentation.
Drag culture is harmful to women, and is the sex/gender equivalent of a minstrel donning black face. Drag performers reduce women to crude and mocking stereotypes, which implicitly teach young girls that they are objects to be mocked by grown men and young boys that their sisters and friends are fair game for exploitation.
This is true of drag culture at its most innocuous, which of course it rarely is. I don't know what the drag performers Dallas has hired will bring to the table, but if the history of the DQSH movement is any indication it will be highly sexualized, possibly in an explicitly violent way using BDSM clothing or props. Is this really the vision of healthy sexuality that we should be teaching to toddlers? No.
