I vote no the downzoning in Stafford county, I moved down here to get away from Fairfax county, I don’t want to see Stafford turn into Fairfax.

My family and I purchased our property based on it being zone A-1. Changing the requirements will be unfair especially when no compensation will be made for the changes in our regulations and taxes. The County has already reduced the requirement to put homes on 3 acres or more. Continued changes like this will drive tax paying citizens out of the county so that they can live on land that they intended to live on. I am against changing the A-1 requirement from 3 acres to 10.

I have been a resident of this county all of my life and we have large acreage and need the value of the land to be what it should be so we have money to live on for our remaining years! Please vote no to this and find other ways to make your changes.

This has to be voted down! All the citizens of Stafford who have paid their taxes for years are now getting older and need to sell there farms to have money for medicine, housing, and food. This will not stop traffic issues! Traffic will still come thru stafford to get to other counties to commute to work!! Please vote NO!

This proposal would limit cluster subdivisions in Agriculture-zoned areas. If your goal is to keep rural areas rural, you should not be against this proposal.
