Please recognize that this measure would be unfair to current landowners and negatively impact land value and progress.

We hope that you will vote NO to devaluing our land, please dont downzone in Stafford County.

This would be a significant loss of value of our property and would bring in less tax dollars than is now received by the county.

Unfair to land owners. Reduced value of land.

Please stop this. We are just now, after 10 year’s, experiencing increased property value in Stafford. Don’t allow these idiots to kill the real estate market. The supervisors are not looking after their constituents.

I find it very disturbing that I received notification of the vote by mail 2 days after the vote occurred. Typical dirty politics to inform the constituent after the voting day has passed!

Zoning was det in place years ago for a set number of reasons, let's not become Fairfax and Prince William counties

What is the motivation for this? Do these supervisors own land in the areas that will benefit at the expense of those who have more rural plots? This stinks to high heaven.

The proposed down zoning to 10 acres per lot would gravely affect our land and the lands of others in the county.

Why would the county want to prevent growth in more rural areas and not be pro growth and collect the taxes that would be generated by the growth to spend on the services that the county would have to provide?

The board of supervisors need to look at other ways to mitigate growth by developing and sticking to a growth plan that includes road initiatives and infrastructure requirements.
