this proposal Stinks. Any time there is Government involvement its not for for the good of the Citizens of the county. This is designed for developers and not for the land owners. I say NO.

Sounds like the county might be making the land cheap for developers or for the county to use imminent domain to purchase property for future infrastructure projects.

why is it that this was not advertised? why is it that
Stafford county is trying to slip this through the cracks like a corrupt congressional bill? This is an insult and a detriment to the people who have lived in this community for years and wo have invested their lives here!

Though I cannot attend in person this session due to work (MUST provide money to live life and provide for my family!), I sign this petition along with other Stafford residence to vote NO on this proposal to downzone A-1 rural land in Stafford County.
