As a small business owner with dividend income from third party private limited companies investments I find this adherent that I cannot receive this income free of any further tax or through an ISA investment.

The new rule does not encourage small businesses.
If they are going to change the rules, it needs to be much more than £5000 per person limit.

As a small business owner, we have generated significant tax and income through the employment of staff, collection of VAT and contributing to the general local economy. Traditional Conservatives would never have treated the small business community in such a double handed way. Mrs T would be turning in her grave. We all need to fight this unfair taxation for those who work hard to create jobs and opportunities for others through their own risks. Shocking.
