This new tax will mean that I can not employ anyone else at present which seems to go against the Government's objectives of endeavouring to grow the economy.

This is wrong we draw down little enough as it is with all the overheads, we need to keep money for training to keep ahead of the IT market which involves a lot of costs

This measure is going to force people like to pay mor salary instead of dividends, making businesses look like they are making less prift hence being less attractive for investment.

Clearly the tax acts as a disincentive to distribute profits and therefore leave the monies idle in the company rather than encourage it to be recirculated into the economy.

As an accountant serving many small family companies in a rural area, this is going to have a huge impact on most of them. The worst thing is the way that this seems to have slipped under the radar. A true stealth tax.

Punishing legitimate hard working tax paying small business owners by this new double taxation is so unnecessary! If you want to raise taxes go after the big companies who evade paying UK tax through ridiculous company structures. Hard working people are yet again being punished for doing things right. Buck up Tories! Britain could be a land of entrepreneurs which would benefit the country but you are ruining this.

We are in year three of our business employing people and complying with regulations. What's the incentive for entrepreneurs to provide opportunity while sacrificing many things? After this tax legislation very little. Extremely disappointed in the governments decisions and also shocked to be honest I didn't see any consultation on this.
