It took a lot of resouces to have the constitution that was representitive of the Zambian's needs, it should not take 150 elected MPs to rape the supreme law of the land for there own benefit.

Where will the money to pay them come from with such a huge deficit? Might as well reintroduce subsidies if the govt is swimming in extra funds we have no knowledge about. The government structure is placed well enough for departments, P.S.s and ministers to function without the need of a deputy minister!
