Say “NO” to a Day of Action on Islamophobia in Canada

We already have good laws protecting Religion. It totally dumb to be even talking about this in the first place.

I am 100% against M103, I voted for Trudeau and now he wants to remove my freedom of speech, I'll vote against him for this in 2019, Bring on the elections, Voting for Trudeau is was clearly my biggest mistake in 47 years!! Sorry Canada I messed up.

We must never allow our governments to muzzle legitimate criticisms of any ideology that is incompatible with democracy, freedom, justice or basic human rights.

It is a disturbing trend to see a government of a purported liberal democracy afford a single group special privilege above others. More so when the evidence indicates it is not even warranted.

We do NOT need M-103, which to many is just the thin edge of the wedge towards taking away our charter given RIGHT to free speech. We have hate speech laws already on the books. Use THEM instead, since NO religion is beyond a bit of criticism of some type.

I'm ever grateful that I can take action by signing this petition. Mostly I feel imprisoned by our current government, stuffing ridiculous ideals down my throat. He is an uneducated embarrassment to our country!

I support this petition as it was written on the page I read. As it was an electronic document I have no way of knowing if it changes. To have an official "day of remembrance" that singles out a single act with an unproven motivation while also ignoring dozens of documented cases where the perpetrators proclaimed their intentions is simply absurd, unnecessary and in itself likely to provoke a rise in hatred and polarization. Are there any grown-ups left in Canadian government?​

Islamophobia was created as a political move to stop free speech in Canada. All Liberals hate free speech.

There is absolutely no reason why Muslims should get special treatment. I'm not racist, I love all people. I'm a christian, I don't get special interest, we are getting more percecuted in our own country because of Trudeau.
