Islamophobia is a fabricated term concocted by racist Liberals with an agenda to promote and propagate Sharia Law upon NON-ISLAMIC Canadians. This proposal completely violates the Charter of Rights and Freedoms by placing severe limitations against the Freedom of Expression enshrined in the aforementioned aforementioned document. What about those who attack Judaism, or Christianity? Or Sikhism or Hinduism? Will they be subject to the same restrictions? Why is it only Muslims who are getting special treatment? Say "NO" to this blatant attack and affront to the rights and freedoms of CANADIANS of every faith.

I can’t accept to let the government of our great country give special status to Islam . This is only a tool to scare Canadians to hold back on the critisism of that theocracy . All I want is to prosper along side of other Canadians who believes in tolerance and equality of rights and status for everyone .

This is so offensive I don't even know where to start. The liberals should be ashamed of themselves for perpetuating division and hate with this unfounded piece of free speech killing legislation. Please, consider all faiths and peoples, including those of Christian heritage, when proposing such national endeavors. Our freedom of speech must allow for us to disagree yet live in harmony with our neighbours regardless of our beliefs but a motion such as this will divide and create issue where there is none.

According to StatsCan, hate crimes against Jews are far more prevalent than those against Muslims. Why don't we have a "National Day of Remembrance & Action on Anti-Semitism"?

No"National Day of Action" needed. All religions should be treated with the same respect, not one singled out!
No one religion in our so called 'open society' should be free from the market place of ideas, even if some of its members will take offense to these ideas. Blasphemy may be a sin to their co-religionists, but the rest of us are not obligated to adhere to this. Not in my Canada.

Free speech MUST be protected! Islamophobia is fabricated and meaningless word! Do we have Christianityophobia or Buddhismophobia? No. A phobia is an irrational fear of something. There are plenty of "rational" concerns about the religious Ideology that should be addressed. I am aware of the "United Nations Agenda 2030." I suspect that the promotion of the "non" word, Islamophobia, is part of it's "Globalization Plan."
