I am opposed to a national day set aside to draw attention to Islamaphobia. Perhaps a day to recognize religion in all its forms but to identify one religion as requiring special notice does not recognize the horrors perpetrated on millions of people in the name of Allah (or any religion for that matter!)

All religions need to treated with the same respect. To allow one to set above the other is discriminatory and will foster more dislike and distrust. Can't the Libs and these member see that or are just out to push one religion above all others.
Canada has no "special day" to commemorate Canada' sending the St. Louis ship of Jews fleeing the Holocaust, or our failure in the Residential schools issues or our harsh treatment of Japanese Canadians during the war, these are events that are part of Canadian History. Alleged "islamaphobia" is NOT!

I find this M-103 extremely offensive and degrading to us as Canadians. My grandfather served in the air force during WW2 and he most certainly would NOT even entertain this idea. Shame on the Government of Canada!!!!!

I am against the singling out of Islam for special protections and consideration....every religion deserves equal protection under the charter, but they are not exempt from legitimate criticism.

Under the leadership of Trudeau we are slowly losing our rights...he was planted in power for a reason just like Obama was...to push these anti-Biblical agendas...the sexualizing of our children at a younger age, gender confusion, bestiality etc etc etc...

Stop using and hiding behind words that have no meaning. Islamaphobia does not exist. People are afraid of the twisted ideology of this religion, and they would be crazy if they were not.
