In effect M-103 would CREATE Islamophobia among people who had never given thought to Muslims because it would criminalize criticism of criminality, a stupid and unfair law and most Canadians don't like to have free speech terminated or limited as they have in the UK or Sweden.

Blessed is the Lord. May he bless his people and free them from this foreign political ambition against them and keep their souls free slavery. Amen.

M103 is a dangerous precedent, to single out one particular faith in a crude attempt to muzzle and restrain free speech. There is no Islamaphobia problem, as a nation - if you want to talk about rising numbers of hate crimes - try looking into all the other faiths that are persecuted for their beliefs on a daily basis. You can't single out one faith by suppressing everyone's else free speech. Freedom of thought and speech is the benchmark and pillar of a free & democratic society. Our government needs to do everything it can to uphold it's duty to it's citizens to make sure it always remains that way.

A phobia is an irrational fear.
Fear of Islam, and the Koran it's based on, plus other supporting books, is totally rational.

I'm very displeased and insulted by M-103. Canadians are known by their loving and peaceful manner! I pray for the Muslim people and speak to them and tell them that I'm happy they are in Canada. The people asking for this bill are not loving the Canadian people and their government and laws. Hello?

It is essential that as Canadians we inform our government that as much as we are against any words or actions that denigrate individuals, we insist on the right to discuss ideas and ideologies without being maligned and shamed. Islamophobia is a term which has no place in our society.
