Our river system is crucial to our community and ecosystems let alone the economy. The river brings tourists all over the state. We need our water. NO AI

Having been born, and raised in San Marcos, we learned the importance of our water table, the Edward’s Aquifer, and its species. Bringing this DATA CENTER into the beautiful river city will completely destroy the beauty of our town. This data center will destroy San Marcos.

We ask our community leaders and politicians to make the right ethical and moral choice and stop all data center’s from entering our community and county. We ask that the city leaders go above and beyond and pass legislation that will keep this detrimental industry out of San Marcos and Hays County in perpitude.

We don't have water and we don't have enough long term data to prove that data centers won't be taxing on water resources.

We do not need something that will dry up our water source and threaten our entire tourist economy and city revenue for short term gains and high risk factors amid a stage 4 drought and several years of historically low rain. Please consider the implications for generations to come. The spring has always flowed, for 10,000 years or more. Please don't be the ones to dry up our aquifer for AI.

Protect the people, the land, our limited water, the AG community, and the city. We trust you to do the right thing. Listen to us, the facts, the science.

Central Texas is facing a serious water shortage. Locating data centers here is unsustainable and irresponsible. Build them along the Mississippi River where water is plentiful. We also have limited electricity here.
