We don't want data centers in our backyard, poisoning our children, stealing our water and power, and wiping out our home values.

Protect the most precious natural resource of San Marcos! Our river systems are home to endemic endangered species, provides recreation for residents and tourists, and exemplifies the natural beauty of our town. It is an irreplaceable resource and without a healthy ecosystem, San Marcos and its inhabitants will suffer. Please protect this sacred river and say NO to data centers. Short term profit does not outweigh the long term benefits of having a sustainable natural resource that brings in tourist dollars, attracts students to our university campus, and provides a relaxing a beautiful place for our community to convene. We must protect it at all costs.

Datacenters will continue to deplete our water resources and additional consideration and care should be taken for future commercial, residential planning and growth to ensure we protect our natural resources and treasures like the San Marcos and surrounding rivers

Data centers drain water resources. Hays County already cannot meet the needs of its citizens without water restrictions.

The overwhelming majority of citizens do not want DC of any kind and the voting members of P&Z as well as of City Council should listen to the voice of the citizens they are representing and vote NO to DCs.

We've been in a drought for so long. This will bring so few jobs. It's really weird that an Austin based union is pushing for this... They can build it in Austin if they want it.

All that we love about our county, the beauty, the pristine waterways, our wildlife and fauna will all be destroyed by a water sucking, power monopolizing, data center. Just say NO!

DO NOT ALLOW A ANOTHER DATA CENTER IN SAN MARCOS. The people will fight this, it’s wrong, data is less important than natural resources. It’s not worth the cost it will bring, there are better ways to bring money into San Mo.
Does nothing to benefit our community
