No more AI data centers. The San Marcos are of Texas is one of the most biodiverse areas of the state. Home to many endangered species only found in Texas. We don’t need this, we need the beauty and safety of our waterways. Please NO data centers. When every tree and river are poisoned, you can’t eat money.

TX is constantly in a drought, how could true Texan think this would be a good idea?

This has become a real monster Suddenly, out of nowhere, data centers popping up everywhere, with no public notification, or public meetings to express our outrage and concerns

We do NOT want data centers anywhere near the Hill country. Our water is the most important thing to conserve, and the data centers will not even bring many jobs to the local economy

A Data Center will bring more harm than good in San Marcos. Water supply is already an issue and we know Data Centers will add more hardship on our water supply.

We are in a serious drought and cannot continue to build facilities that drain our precious and finite resources. Climatologist studies show that we would need to have 30 inches of rain in 6 months to pull us out of this drought.

I oppose the any AI data centers to be invested and integrated in Texas due to the current drought we are in. Central Texas has more important issues to address rather than AI. If anyone were to research AI and see all of the resources and harm it causes they would see it’s dangerous . I don’t use AI and many other people in the state would much rather have water than to search up questions on AI

Allowing data centers in drought prone areas is like shooting yourself in both feet, and then demanding your constituents pay for your surgery.

This will have long term negative impacts on the community and those impacts on quality of life, water and energy cannot be swept under the rug.
