Because I have zero interest in data centers and AI being forced down our throats and taking one of our biggest human essentials. In a state that already suffers from serious yearly droughts, these data centers will only make water more scarce, and our electric bills outrages. WE DO NOT WANT THEM!

The aquatic life and citizens’ access to water in san marcos matters more than the building of a data center that our community continually fights against. We are already running into water shortage issues due to over enrollment in the university and this data center will only make things worse.

I currently go to Texas State University and I am already anti AI as it is. I was so proud of my little town when I heard that it was banning data centers, and I would love to keep it that way. I truly believe that it is dangerous, I really hope my voice matters.

The Palomino Alpha and CloudBurst Data Centers. Guadalupe County Judge Kyle Kutscher and Commissioners have not followed many State rules … Texas Open Meetings Act. I have looked back at several agendas posted by the Crystal Clear Speciality District and I believe this SUD has broken the Texas Open Meetings Act and should be investigated.
