Because I have very young children who don't understand what this means if these continue to go up until they are older and it's widely infecting the world

Water = Life We are all.part of the same region, and we must protect the water from all developments that threaten to deplete water, pollute water, destroy fragile ecosystems. Please, make your voice heard. Write your state representatives here in Texas, your county commissioners, city council, water development board, and, open the discussion aboit the harms these bring and what we can do to protect our natural resources first and foremost.

Texas is already facing droughts and extreme temperatures as well as rising costs. New data centers require exorbitant amounts of water and use ridiculous amounts of energy. They cause air and noise pollution as well as negative health effects on locals. Local residents are also faced with fronting the environmental costs as well as the rising utility costs. Listen to the people when we say we don’t want data centers that only profit billionaires and destroy our precious planet.

Data centers take up a lot of space that is needed for animals. I don't want the centers to expand.

As someone that was just recently in commissioners court to stop a data center from getting a tax abatement it was made abundantly clear that these huge corporations don't care about the little people.

I would rather forgo the local jobs than risk the issues other parts of the country seem to be having.

We are legitimately running out of fresh water, and the thought more treated drinking water going toward AI makes me sick.

No data centers in Texas. I know of not one Texan that supports data centers in our state. They destroy our wildlife they are ugky and take up to much beautiful Texas land and they consume far too much water. To hell with AI data. We don't care about AI and we do it want data centers

We're on a path to completely screw ourselves if we do not stop data centers. They use up a ton of resources, especially water, and are causing more harm than good. We should be putting the insane money spent on these into renewable resources like solar, wind, nuclear (its gotten way better).

Data Centers are wasting Texas water and energy. 0.5 percent of Texas water is BILLIONS of gallons of water and we don't want our resources wasted!

Data centers are not needed. They are bad for the environment, wild animals and citizen’s energy bills.

Ruins communities, limits our water supply as a community but data centers can use all they want.

Not enough water to support these. Data centers strongly contribute to pollution and negative health impacts on humans, as well as the environment.
