Does not belong anywhere near a residential zoned neighborhood. I personally have done maintenance work to exterior doors of a crematorium in Fort Lauderdale. Saying it was a stinking job was a definite understatement. Never anywhere near a residential neighborhood!!!

There is the main issue of the parcel being rezoned to B4, and of course the Crematorium is unacceptable.
We want to keep this area residential no matter what they put up there.

They can place it at a distance in a commercial area where it belongs .
