This petition in inhumane and it violates our human rights including the rights of the indigent.

We are struggling with the prepaid electricity system already we don't cope now this .We are unemployed even if you are employed this is too much it's like you will be working for electricity and water which are basic needs

We have a lot of unemployed people please, be considerate.
