Start by finishing the Electricity box at Ext 1 and Mandela Section, Then start there as well for water meter.

We don't want these meters and the electric box is consuming more electricity and some of us are not even working. The government is giving our parents grant money and take it back via electricity and water bills. It's even hard for us to have a 3 square meals
