No Condos on Middle Sound

No more!!! We are FULL!! STOP the work around game!

Keep middle sound single family residential. Traffic is already terrible.

No condos on Middle Sound...already too much traffic.

Middle sound is a wonderful single resident neighborhood that certainly does not need condos or the traffic that would come.

I’m against reszoning the land

Too much traffic and no multi-family housing

Adds too much traffic to an already congested intersection.

This is already a dangerously busy road that was not designed to handle the amount of traffic it currently does, building these condos will exacerbate the situation further and lead to serious injuries

This development would overwhelm our streets.

Middle Sound Loop at the corner of Market Street is already way over loaded, and since Wilmington does not see fit to “trigger” their lights, I can’t imagine what that corner would become with at least 72 more cars added! This clearly is a ploy to add money to someone’s pockets and is poorly thought out!

I am concerned about safety and congestion of traffic at this location

We say no to condos in middle sound

Middle Sound is already way to dangerous, busy and over crowded for any type of development like this. Make it make sense!!! We are destroying our twin, city and great road to live on. I personally moved on this side of town to get away from the overcrowding and it slowly has found it’s way here. Why?! Because of greed. This complex does not need to be built here.

Oppose condos due to traffic issues, protected wildlife that resides there, and drainage

I oppose the proposed zone change on Middle Sound Loop Rd which would allow for a 72-unit multi-family senior housing development. This development would be very close to the intersection of Middle Sound Loop Rd and busy Market St. As residents of this area know, there is already a lot of traffic on this one way in and out road. The addition of 72+ vehicles would only compound that traffic. There are additional concerns such as environmental impact, storm water drainage, and safety of children who walk or bike to and from school. Please say NO to rezoning for condos on Middle Sound.

No condos on MSL

The roads and infrastructure are way undersized for current existing communities, let alone additionally handling this type of development. This will only be a further detriment to the middle sound community community and adjacent areas and those that would move into these senior condos if approved.
