This rail is not safe for the environment and not wanted by this community in which it plans to run. The pedestrian superhighway is what we want and what will bring lasting economic and social benefits to the area.

Not a good idea. I'm not wanting the use of cole to be encouraged, but why bring it all the way up to Humboldt Co.? So the Bay Area won't allow it to be shipped out from there so send it up the coast, Ya that's a good idea. NOT
