I have a vacation home on lake Sinclair, am not there during the week but pay the same taxes everyone else does that live there full time. The convenience centers are the only way I can dump my trash. I am not available during the week to walk my can to the road and bring it back.

Putnam needs to do like Morgan County and have unmanned dump sites trying to figure out what days the unconvience center is open will drive you nuts! My driveway is almost a half a mile long and dragging a dumpster up it would not work for me.

Don't see that the change will make improvements. See just the opposite happening!

There's already enough junky places, trash cans left out for days ,turned over dogs not leashed dragging garbage everywhere. Commissioners use your brain!!!

Please don’t do away with current service. If change is required, I would prefer fewer days with sites open.

I cannot push or pull a full
trash can, 600' up to the cul-de-sac at the end of our drive way! It is not paved, dirt and gravel. I'm sure my cannot either!

Do not see where our community will benefit at all from this. I see dumpsites on our county roads and beautiful forest.

Curbside trash pick up is not a good idea at all. Many people have very long driveways and the cans will just sit at the end of the driveway creating an eyesore and a temptation for animals like dogs, coyotes and raccoons to litter the roadsides.
Please don’t close the dump sites
