There is absolutely no reason this proposal should ever pass. The community opposition is overwhelming.

just say NO to development here in the Cays. i would prefer if all the construction throughout Green Turtle could be limited (as they do on Maui) to certain months of the year , providing the full time residents with some peace at least part of the time. the almost constant sometimes ear shattering world of construction never leaves. 7:30 am - late afternoon

Please do not redesign our area for profit! We are a beautiful calm spot on earth, so let's keep it that way.

I oppose the resort plan. Coronado Cays is already a very dense residential area. There is a park but it is well used for San Diego youth sports competition. Putting an RV Resort or any hotel complex on Grand Caribe is inappropriate for the residential area. There is a single road entry to all of Coronado Cays. Parking is already very limited during youth sports events. The neighborhood is quiet and settles down early at night. The resort disrupts the character of the community which is why we live here.

I have been a resident of Coronado Cays for 17 years . I am opposed to the RV park especially since there is ample RV parks across the beach. The RV park at the end of Silver Strand near Imperial Beach was converted to expensive condos. What was the justification for closing that RV park.
