This is an unfair tax.. Vermont has and is reducing is use of carbon based fuels.. All this does is place an unfair burden on taxpayers!!

Vermont will have me buying gas in NH or MA. Vermont will also put the elderly and poor in the cold. Shame on Vermont. It's all about our POTUS's climate change agenda. and these are your results, of course VT wants to be first in line with ridiculousness on everything, sad for VT residents.
