Residents should have input on anything this expensive. Adding another pool would be a better use of this money.

They should use some of this money to cut grass on lots that have not been built on yet. We have waist high grass along major roads in Brickshire that hasn't been cut all summer.

As many have pointed out, we, too, would much prefer a larger pool. We would love to be able to enjoy an adult pool / larger pool.

No we do not need a $150,000 pavilion. Funny this can go pending but new pool can get looked at for 20 mins.

It's great to see that improvements and enhancements are being made in the community; however, a larger pool equipped with adult swimming lanes and a large/safe area for children would be a more efficient use of funds (splash pads, water slides, diving boards). This could also create an option to have a Brickshire swim team. Our neighborhood is growing and this would be fabulous for the community. The tot lot field would be an excellent place to expand and increase a family-oriented environment. Enhancing the picnic area and playground would also be a huge hit and well-used!

We have just moved into Brickshire and have no knowledge of the plans for this very expensive pavilion. What is its purpose? As new homeowners we see a big need for a new larger pool with swimming lanes and a diving well with springboards so our residents and children could participate in these healthy and fun activities. Also, I think there should be a way for residents with disabilities to use and access the pool. Especially since the country club does not have a pool. Even though my children our older, I think a tot lot is an important addition to a quality neighborhood. It is essential that these types of decisions are communicated to all lot and homeowners.

I was aware of the pavilion project. I thought it was unnecessary. Now that I've found out how much this will cost, I'm flabbergasted! Way too much community funds for a permanent party tent.
