All projects that are not part of regular maintenance should be open for approval from lot and home owners. A published agenda for all projects should be required! Including who is working in the projects and if anyone is related to those on the board prior to projects being started.

We need more signatures to try to stop this. My wife Michelle is on the Board and is against this. Please get the message out and get all the signatures you can and we will take this to the Board ASAP

From talking to residents and seeing the comments on this sight, the priorities of the HOA is clearly not aligned with what most residents want to see in THEIR community. The Board should keep in mind that they are to act in the best interest of and on behalf of the community and not pursue "pet" projects.

We have been suffering with this terrible pool for years. They said they could build another one without 50% of the vote. How come they can do this? Did they change the rules?

Our children need a pool that they can play in safely. The adult pool is also too small for the number of residents. Don't waste our money on something that will rarely, if ever, be used. We have a club house to house events

There are far greater needs than this pavilion. With an over crowded pool and a less than entertaining splash pad for the kids this pavilion should not happen.

STOP WASTING OUR MONEY!! Improve our TOT LOT and add a Bigger POOL to accommodate the growing community. We already have a Pavillion in the TOT lot and a CLUB HOUSE for gathering purposes. Give the Residents a return on their investment!!!!

We vote for a lot of other things that we actually NEED, which mainly include things for families and children. Our community should be included in ALL building ideas that exceed $50K, as we are the contributing majority.

No! No! and No! Where is the ROI here? When trying to sell the neighborhood what is a realtor supposed to say " look...they have a beautiful pavilion?" Who cares! The one we have is just fine. How about spending that money on a upgraded pool since that is a feature people look at when considering a neighborhood. These people need to get their head out of the sand.

I believe the final approved cost was $350,000. I am perplexed on how the ROI on it was calculated or just general justification for how that will return in increased homeowner value, enjoyment, and meeting the current and future needs of the community demographic. This was placed as a priority. Without knowing the analysis, it seems fiscally irresponsibly. It is also alarming that these decisions can be made, money spent, without the desire or interest to vet the idea through the community before proceeding.

What's the plan for parking? Are there adequate rest room facilities for a pavilion designed to accommodate the planned utilization? What's the justification for its planned location? Seems to me that a pavilion of this size would be better situated near the Bel Green pond. What's the cost vs utilization projections? Why was there no input requested from the members of the previous long range planning committee? Seems to me that a board vote of 3 to 2 is not an overwhelming desire to move forward by the board? What's the communication plan?

I agree with the "NO" comments already posted. What the heck do we need to spend the money for something that will not be used and may be vandalized. Also, the HOA should NOT be allowed to spend monies on a whim as they seem to be doing with attempting to "railroad" the pavilion. I am dismayed and hugely disappointed with the HOA. Larry Elinskas
