I have zero desire to see this built.

Had no idea this was being considered. Too many people left in the dark. This is to me a wasteful and expensive project.

The cost is to high and we have no idea about this project. Thank you for informing us.

I do not know anything about this project. I do not have a house, only to lots and I would like to sell the lots .do not want to see my payments raised for something I will never use.

Look at the material list and cost. This sounds extreme for a pavilion. Much rather see a larger pool with swim meets for the kids and other communities to come together. This would provide a great place for kids and parents from Brickshire to all come together.

It's my understanding that the plans were finalized last evening and it is a done deal.

I agree, any expenditure this large should be put to a vote by home owners.

I feel that a project of this scope MUST be considered by the Homeowners/Lot owners. I do not believe that the Board has the authority to proceed.

A project of this size and cost should involve better information to the residents plus a vote.

I would much rather see these funds be put towards increased street lighting, activities for the kids, and possibly a larger pool to accommodate more as this community continues to grow.

This is outrageous! The board needs to involve the residents before a few people decide how to spend everyone's money!

This needs to be voted on by all members of community

150,000 for a pavilion that will be used a few times a year is a ridiculous waste of funds. What we actually need is a REAL pool and street lighting in our neighborhoods for added security so it's not pitch black when out walking in the evening

I think a much more open discussion on the merits of a pavilion need to be held, especially at $150,000. I also agree with most of the other comments that a larger pool is the most pressing need.

In full agreement that is NOT appropriate use of the homeowners' funds

I do not think this pavilion should be built in this neighborhood. There are other more necessary and useful ways to spend those funds. Plus we already have a pavilion that is hardly ever used.

I would prefer money to be spent on a bigger pool for our community
