Cost is too much and pavilion is not needed. A paved path from Kings Pond Drive connecting to the rest of the path and just upkeep of the trail would better serve the community than a costly structure that would rarely be used.

I don't see the need for a pavilion. I think the money would be better spent on enlarging the pool. The population of our neighborhood has outgrown the size of our very small community pool.

What a waste of money ! I had no idea this was in the works ! It's just going to be a hangout for the teenagers to meet and get into trouble after dark .
Why not improve the community pool ? It looks like it belongs to an apartment complex and not custom built home community .

The lack of communication with the HOA residents is disheartening. If we already voted to approve this expenditure, why are so many unaware of the project and its cost? Perhaps a hold on this structure is in order.

When planning to spend such large amounts of HOA funds on projects like this, the community should be made aware and allowed to vote on it.

I appreciate the board considering improvements for our community. However, I do not believe a pavilion will add value to the neighborhood or encourage people to join our community. The cost is way too high. There are many other amenities that were promised to residents when we moved into the neighborhood, specifically a much larger pool, that have not come to fruition. Please do not spend our money on a pavilion.
