Our dues should be used for improving our property values; i.e. - maintaining overgrown areas and abandoned properties and marketing our community like Patriot's Landing does.

This is the first I've heard of this! Why the big secret!

I do not think it is a wise use of funds, especially the large amount estimated. I am totally against it.

We recently just sold our other lot. Not sure if you can get four votes out of that or not.

I am just in shock that there is not a reasonable sizesd pool yet. It would be wise to keep up with the times and have a larger pool. It would be even better if it was the proper size to have a swim team in the community.

This was the first time I heard about this and I am still not interested.

I agree with the proposal to have the board inform members of any project valued at over $50,000 so that the members can have a greater say in how their funds are allocated.

Absolutely no interest in the pavilion, Way to much money. Like to see a bigger pool that will benefit everyone!

Thanks Peggy and the Board will hopefully see all these signatures as well as comments. Thanks again for your help

Feel the board should not be able to make an expenditure of this sign without community input and justification.

I think any money available should be used to expand the pool or build a larger more kid friendly pool.

I had a local contractor build a pavilion for me this past winter - 30 by 60 - absolutely beautiful - and it was less than $30,000. He is licensed and received all of the required permits. Perhaps the board should look at my pavilion and speak to the contractor and receive an estimate. I would like to have my name added to the petition against this expenditure as it currently stands. Building a full size pool should be our priority and adds value to the community. No Pavillion!

It seems like a lot of money to spend on a project like this. I think more information is needed.

Shame on the board for pushing this without informing all residents. I am against this action. This is at least the second time you have initiated actions without informing members. All that voted to do this should be identified to all residents. If you are honorable you should apologize and resign.

Way too much for such a thing. Let us do something good. AND the members should have an agreement as WHO does the work. especially on pool-get bids and share

No pavilion! We can use the club house or the patio at the park. $150,000 would build a nice Junior Olympic size pool at the memorial park! Something EVERYONE can enjoy! Also, The kids splash pool should have been preapproved also!
