I would suggest that a larger more functional pool is where any money should be directed.

No way!! Why do we need another picnic area.? I am in middle school. I don't use our pool much. Because every time we start to jump in the deep end to have fun I am told not to splash the adults that are holding the babies in the deep end. instead of keeping them in shallow end. It is a pool your suppose to splash. Let the little kids have the pool we have now. Build another one for the kids that don't need a parent present and the adults.

No! This is not an appropriate use of funds. The potential usage doesn't justify the cost....which is excessive. My opinion is to use our "joint- yet limited" funds for a larger pool. This would increase home sales to younger adults!

I don't see the value in a pavilion when we already have one at the tot-lot, not to mention the clubhouse. It seems to me a competition sized pool would increase the desirability of our community more than anything I've heard proposed. Additional multi-use trails would be great too!

It is very hard to believe this is the highest and best use of resident money. When all the bills are being paid, all the sinking funds for common areas are fully funded (roofs, HVAC's, pool repairs, emergency funds), and all the projections are considered, then it is time to rebate the overage back to residents.

Higher end communities do not have Pavillions, but they all have lap pools. Best to look at similar communities like Founders Bridge and the Highlands to see how they add value. I have never seen a higher end community with a Pavillion.

Do not like the fact that this project had so much legs without a lot of community communication. Major projects should be at least communicated to all residents! Much better use of funds would be to add a adult only pool. Probably cost less than a new pavilion.
