Wal mart already has chunk of pine belt retailer market share w/ 4 Super Centers across a 20 mile radius. Emphasis needs to focused on competitors, most notably, small/local business owners!

We don't won't big box retail or a Wal Mart!!!!!!!! Hwy 98 is already deadly!!! Please! For the safety of our community, no big box retail!!!!!
