I oppose to this. We have enough traffic with all these houses being built up in here. We don't need more traffic. Find another Mountain to put this B&B house on please, so that it don't interfere with our neighborhood.

I absolutely oppose to this!!! It would be horrible for our community. The traffic alone would cause a lot of havic and destroy the roads which WE will have to pay for NOT them!

Please no. We don’t not need something like this. It would be an annoyance for the people who live in Shawneeland

If they want to build there, they need to have there on entrance separate from Shawnee Land and not use our community for their business.

Our community roads cannot handle this type of business.

Been a resident of Shawneeland for over 25 years and property owner for over 30 years. If this campground is for friends and family why do they need 30 campsites, commercial kitchens and bunk houses. We the homeowners pay for our amenities and road up keep. Not the taxpayers of Frederick County. Our roads do not meet VDOT Standards. Tar and chipping has been postponed this year due to our reserves being depleted. Why should we have to pay for the additional wear and tear on our roads while these people gain financially at our expense. This campground is not in Shawneeland and we are a private development I have a lot to say about this too much to write. I ask everyone to show up at this Tuesday’s advisory meeting and also April 3 planning commission meeting

This is way too much for this Mountain top to handle. The roads won't be able to handle the traffic nor equipment to prepare and build. Campsites mean open fires which will propose a threat to the mountain and everyone who lives here. It will also bring pillaging of firewood from private property from campers, no matter what the rules may propose. This has to be stopped.

Opposed. This is a housing development not a business complex. This will open the floodgates for additional requests to open businesses...bed and breakfast? Traffic, privacy, fire safety...I chose to buy here to avoid such issues and enjoy the country. This is a cute idea but not for a housing development.

There are so many wrecks in the area already, more traffic is not needed!
