Oppose the Campground and B&B on The Great North Mountain

Not a good idea we have enough Accidents on Back Mountain! We don’t need anymore traffic out this way!

Against. This area is to be preserved RA, not for a commercial endeavor for one family to profit off the backs of others destroying their "right to peaceful enjoyment" of their own property.

I am opposed to an air b&d or 30 site campground with commercial grade kitchen on great north mountian .

With traffic already as bad as it is with over 1,100 people living around here plus infrastructure not built to hold tourists. We can’t let this happen

With open camp fires the risk of a forest fire and burning down the mountain goes up. The fire department should be very concern about this proposal.

This must not be allowed in a residential housing community.

This a private community not a buisness. Nor do I want the extra traffic especially with how many accidents already on back mountain

I didn't move out here to be opened up to a campground. I've been an avid camper in the past when my kids were young and seen how bad those types of businesses can be. It may only be the proverbial 10% of the people that cause the trouble but it's still 10%

I am against this because of the roads being misused, litter and the use of our ponds and beach.

Please stop this.

Their own road from Gore side of mountain with no access to shawneeland !! There's enough problems here we do not need more!!

My house and property are next to the site for this campround. It will destroy everything that drew me to by this property and drive all the natural wildlife away.

I am absolutely opposed this B&B like everyone else is saying the traffic will be crazy around here like someone said the Cove is just up the road they can all go there if they want leave our Shawneeland alone!!!!

This project will decease our property values. I have been a resident of Bear Trail for 25 years and know the real estate market being a real estate agent for 25 years. This project will only bring problems to our peaceful mountain top.

Just moved to the area and love it for what it is. So not interested in our residential neighborhood turning into a place of extra traffic for commercial reasons, regardless of how the proposal sugar coats the description. That many extra people not paying the sanitary tax and utilizing our amenities seems so unfair to those of us that do pay and support our neighborhood.

This is a mistake that cannot be reversed. Out of town traffic coming down the switchbacks will lead to numerous accidents. Timber Ridge Trail will become a speedway.

This should not happen it's a community not a camp ground

This is unneeded traffic in and out of the community

The cove is almost within yelling distance don't destroy the little peace and quiet we have left go camp at the cove

I didn't move here to a QUIET community just to have 100 acres of land on top of the mountain turned into campground/hostel & B&B
