THEY FINALLY LISTENED AND WE WON THE FIGHT TO STOP BAGGING LEAVES AT THE CURB!! THIS WAS A MASSIVE EFFORT FROM EVERYONE WHO REFUSED TO BACK DOWN!! ENJOY THE REMOVAL OF THIS BURDEN BUT KEEP AN EYE OUT TO ENSURE THE TOWN FOLLOWS THROUGH ON THE NEW POLICY!!

Numerous townships in the surrounding North Jersey area are able to simply blow or rake their leaves onto their curbs for pick up ~ WITHOUT BAGGING.
Many of us living in Wayne agree that with the extremely high property taxes we pay, this should be a simple request. Please help support this, with your signature, so we can show the town officials how much this would mean to us as a community!

Long overdue. Could process and make into leaf mulch which is popular for fertilizing.
I grew up in a town that we just put the leaves to the curb- in a town the size of Wayne there is no reason why we cannot have this as well.
Yes, I agree the town should have a truck to vacuum the leaves like other towns. My brother lives in Wyckoff and they have trucks that vacuums the leaves.
We pay so much taxes, it would be great if we don’t have to bag our leaves! Normally we do about 150 bags every year.
Leave pickup should totally be curbside pick up! Us residents support the town so the town shluld support us!

I’m afraid they’ll just raise our taxes more to pay for it...

Bagging is the worst chore on the honeydo list...by far. The vacuum truck would rule. The Gaeta truck recently blew a line right at my driveway and leaked at least 30 gallons of hydraulic fluid on the street, curb, my lawn, and some made into the storm grate that eventually flows into Packanack. Let’s do this.
