They shouldn't be allowed to do business in the United States and the heads of the company should be placed under a criminal investigation

Asurion sent me a malfunctioning replacement phone, which I returned to them. I canceled the plan but they kept my original phone, which they claim to be now their possession. I was told the my phone was either “recycled or sent to another customer as a refurbished phone”. They are horrible and have no respect for people. AT&T confirmed thru a retrievable recorded message that Asurion owes me a phone, no question about it.

I call Asurion about My phone cause I was having Drop calls and My keypad doesn't work at times it will just Lock I have a heart condition that I need My phone I've been in the hospital 10x in 2018 & 3x 2019 I tells them I need a working phone cause I have an implant in my chest which the doctor monitors My heart and I have a button to press if I have an Attack also My text messages comes in 3-4x fm 1 person but when I told them the cover was missing off My phone they Refuse to honor my warranty saying I did physical damage to the phone which I didn't so I asked them what about the other problems I'm having he says they'll replace it for $149 which I don't have cause I'm not working SMH

They got me, too. I went to the Better Business Bureau and Asurion still won't replace my phone. They acknowledge receiving it and refuse to send my replacement. They even tried to get me to pay a second deductible.

They are a complete rip-off, you pay insurance monthly and when you need something fixed it’s a joke, they tell you to wait a week only to send parts that are defective and then tell you the only option you have is to wait another week or more, this is unacceptable

A Schurian his scent replacement phones to cover my lost phone. The first replacement phone lasted for eight hours. The second replacement phone lasted less than one day. How long is this going to go on?

Asurion approved my claim sent my phone out only to deny the claim again and have the fed ex delivery guy come back and pick up my phone this company is very Fraudulent.

Fraud. They take your money for a service they can't provide then blame the customer for 'not understanding' and say they will do something and then never do it. Seems like it's time for another class action lawsuit.

Asurion is the worst! Sent me a phone that worked for 2 month and had second phone 2 days and it got water damaged without falling in water. They do not use Apple displays for Apple phones which does not make them water resistant at all. Sweat made this last phone stop working! Called asurion and they were going to make me pay another $150 even though the product they sent me was treated as a normal iPhone 7. Worst company ever

No resolve to m y device claim and i have yet to recieve deductable back which has nlw resulted in a financial hardship for me because of charges taken out of my bank. So i returned 3 defective devices to them within 2 weeks. And have notbing to show f2f or 2 years of paying premium and deduc t able on o e claim filed at the end of paying off a phone
