They say the phones on back order but wont say where they are ordering it from. They are just waiting for a damaged phone to come in so they can refurbish it.

I have spent over 8 hours on the phone with Verizon and Asurion (still on hold actually). I was shocked once I finally got answers from Asurion on how the plan works! If you purchased insurance (multi-device coverage) several years ago and used the insurance on a line, when it renews every year that particular phone stays on it forever - regardless of you no longer have that line. All this to say - the plan that gives you 3 phones per year - that old phone is taking one of those slots up and you are paying for it FOREVER!!!! How on earth is this legal!!?

I am an employee for this company. When I was hired I thought I would just deliver the phones and set them up or for those who don't understand ACTIVATE. After the third week in my training the entire group was told we forgot about our sales pitch. When we asked a guy in the group said if we don't sell we don't eat. How rude. We are told to never pressure anyone for a sale. Yet, we must try another approach if they are not interested. If you really want to know more. Go to the sales people or techs who are delivering the phones. Ask them how the coaches from asurion constantly have an idea to get around not getting a sale. They finally put being a sales person in their ad for hire. This company is full of lies.

Asurion are pure con artists. They rarely replace the screen with the $29 screen replacement plan and instead send the phone back saying there was additional damage that can not be repaired, therefore asking for the additional $170 to replace your phone with a refurbished one. My phone had a very minute cracked screen from bumping it against something and is operating perfectly. They shipped my phone back to me saying they needed an additional $170 to fix it. What's the point in paying for insurance if I can get the screen replaced at a local shop cheaper than the deductible. Crooked liars!

I have been approved for a new battery, but the company keeps cancelling or not showing up for the replacement appointment. However, they are more than willing to offer a refurbished replacement phone if I pay a deductible. Had I just kept the monthly premiums, I could have paid for a couple dozen batteries. Shame on Asurion and shame on the providers for selling a sham insurance product.

Assurant's opaque, predatory business practices are designed to unfairly enrich the company at the consumer's expense. Tmobile enables this and does nothing to protect its customers.

Basically they allowed somebody to purchase a phone using my debit card and they’re doing more to protect them than to help me prosecute and get my money back
