Company claimed that no one in a 50 miles radius could repair my cracked screen and instead wanted me to pay the $200 deductible. Something about the process just didn’t feel right so I started researching online and found that this is a chronic issue and the refurbished phones are pieces of garbage. I feel this is a scam to get people to trade in good phones with only a cracked screen in exchange for poor quality equipment.

Asurion is refusing to replace my cracked screen for the contracted $29 rate and is insisting I purchase a new phone instead for $199. My phone is only a few months old. They claim they can't get a new part, which is absurd

I tried to get iPhone 6 replaced due to 2 months problems with battery then died August 4 did not get replacement tell 9/12/2020 lost important documents and pictures on workmen Comp missed lawyer appt.& doctor appt. and more

I have received two defective phones in 5 days. I have spent significant amount of time restoring phones and troubleshooting. For the price, I should be getting good working phones that last years not days. Worried about the future and this company needs to be shut down.

ive been battling with asurion for 5 months now, they owe me a phone...they left me with nothing.... my first time to ever file a clsim its been a nightmare

Absolutely worthless coverage! Verizon is raping its customer for "device protection" and Asurion doesnt cover or fix anything. We all have different phones and there is always a "this is covered" excuse. Scammers and rapists!

This is a scheme. Pay for a service that will never deliver. It’s a racket. Now we’re out thousands without getting service. What did I pay for? It’s a series hoops meant to exhaust and frustrate. And never deliver.

Verizon talked me out of purchasing Apple Care. I am now 1 month in and still have no resolution on having my iPad replaced. This is just 1 of many incidences with Asurion.

I received a refurbished phone for my lost iPhone.
It doesn’t even work. Cost me 200 dollars; In the past I did the same thing, and you pay 200 for a worthless phone

Asurion has literally been caught lying and have thrown up every possible road block they could when it came to the fact they don't have my phone in stock and won't be able to replace it for over a week.

it is pretty bad when you pay for the insurance then you have to pay something ( which they dont tell you) out of pocket . Isnt that why we pay extra for insurance.

Like everyone else, they refuse to repair a screen for $29 deductible. Forcing me to replace phone for $249. I haven't heard of one person that successfully got a screen fixed.
