Pay for the insurance through AT&T. Filed a claim for a replacement phone and it has been denied twice. They are saying it wasn't covered during the time period.

yes! And the claim that I placed was within my manufacturers warranty. Asurion knew that and still charged me and sent me a refurbished phone without telling me and/or giving me info on how to contact the manufacturer of the phone.

I’ve been a victim to this scam almost 3 times and had to come out of pocket of $250 every time! This is horrible! And they should let one know in the beginning about this useless insurance. We recently did a claim on a Apple Watch and had $125 added to our bill. Went online and the same watch is only $175 new!!! This is horrible insurance business!!

When I purchase my device I included and insurance and there was no policy signed just the agreement of the phone purchased and the 17$ monthly plan of the insurance it didnt mention anything anout the dedcutible I just reach a supervisor right now and they simply hang up.

I have been dealing with asurion and cricket for the past 3 weeks, the replacement phones that they have send me are useless, and the one I decide to stay with they blocked and my services have been disconected over and over again

Liars and cheats, no accountability. Requested and scheduled on site screen repair service, verified with Asurian date/time of repair. I waited 2 hours and contacted Asurion who advised command center did not schedule on site repair because of an internal issue. Representative had no alternative solutions except wait 6 days for on site or mail in. They actually had the gaul to try to sell me thier home solutions. They are crooks!

I feel cheated out $500 from Verizon and assurion bc I couldn’t afford $200 deductible I was charged$700 for the phone and no replacement.
