No Assurance in Asurion

I recieved my replacement device in march 8 in which i paid my $250. Now its suspended because my imei number is shown as lost or stolen. That imei number is from the phone that was MAILED to me as a replacement device so WHY is it reported lost or stolen seems to hard to understand to their representatives. Money is supposed to be calling only for asurion and cricket to play with my righteous service. Im in

Please count me in for the class action lawsuit. They are harassing people like us to file a claim. I have spent two days on the phone with them and provided them what they need. They still don't accept and keep demanding more and more stuffs to find way to deny our claim.

Can this include Home depot customers as well?Purchased a protection plan for my washer and dryer I purchased at Home Depot. My bank account was billed for it. When I called recently about my plan Asurion said they have no record of it. I told them I have record of paying for it. They then said, "We see it here now but you didnt complete registration." When I told them I already did all of that with serial numbers and receipts previously they said they do not have that information and I would have to resubmit it. The receipts are faded now. Asurion never sent me a notice after charging my bank account that they needed more information. The customer service agents were unhelpful and would not transfer me to anyone higher up to help. He refused to give me a refund for coverage I never received, but paid for. They flat out are a crooks.

Was recently extorted into paying a $229 deductible on a device I purchased about two months prior to that claim, not having been made aware of such a high deductible on device when purchased! Outright extortion, as I had no choice to pay that, or go without a phone! Unacceptable, especially when paying $50 a month for insurance coverage on all devices on the account!!!

I was fraud on a product protection

I paid for coverage for 3 years but when I needed the coverage they evaporated - no way to contact.

I am still trying to resolve a claim with these deadbeats after four months and countless hours on the phone and visits to Sprint and T-Mobile stores.

I filed a claim with asurion on a iPad. Done all the paper work they sent a refurbished model. I sent my other one back to them. They claimed they never got it. Hit me for another $175 plus tax thru ATT. The tracking number they provided is useless

Denied a replacement phone after the current replacement phone has swollen battery that cracked the screen.

They are a fraudulent company they need to be taken down.. scammers got me too

I was also victim of Asurion and Verizon's scam. Charged for insurance i didn't approve and when i decide to use it , asurion provide a refurbished phone and asked for $125 deductible. The phone lasted less than 3 weeks when it started to drop calls and has connectivity issues. I had to buy a new phone just to call them. They said the deductible was not refundable and could not return my original phone. They also want to charge me 500 because they havr not received the original phone that i send and have tracking information for

Insurion has denied and or made us jump through hoops for hours on end to complete a claim

Have been trying for ages to just get a screen repair. They only offer an option for a new phone, even though they acknowledge that is not necessary and then say the parts are not available. But when I call ibreakufix the part IS available. Sham to try to get my claim to run out or use my phone replacement claim unnecessarily. FIRST ever attempt using this "insurance."

I purchased device protection from American Home Shield. When my laptop broke down, I have been in hell trying to get my laptop returned to me. Asurion is the company AHS farms out the device protection plan to. Even with proof of receipt Asurion still denies receiving my laptop. They now put me on call barring and are avoiding talking to me. When I do finally get someone it is all lies. One lie after another.

Asurion through Sprint T mobile has made go crazy. First cracked screen sending me to store repair places not open,in addition to always out of stock or they quit carrying my phone so no longer available offering something cheaper or with less memory. The latest is Asurion Sprint Complete sent me to ubreakifix store which is owned by Asurion and they had no claim so Asurion CEO office said he would replace my note 10 plus 256gb us 1tb micro sd card I bought, with Note 20 5g ultra 128gb REFURBISHED he didn't know how to put my credit card through to make the $28 pay the $28 deductible, so I had to go 30 miles to a t-mobile store repair center had it fixed just later to notice bubbles and a piece of tan lint underneath the specially applied by uv light screen protector. I called store and found out sprint t-mobile are switching to assurant now so they have no technicians until after the first of Novernber. I called asurion they said if I order the kit for screen protector they would repay me it's almost $40 and screen is under warranty the fix work. I called Asurion because I was going to order this screen protector, they had no record of what I was told. But found what the CEOs office promised me about the note 20 ultra 5g after the ubreakifix mishaps, and promised me another however they are on back order. I called again now they are no longer available and of offering cheaper model. Either were any of the S21 models or nite 10 plus all didn't have. This company is nuts and Assurant no better upon checking neither had over 1.3 stars and mostly horrible complaints. The best electronic insurance I found was AKKO for $5 per month or $15 per month to include ALL devices from TVs , Laptops,Hard drives external hard drives, ssds everything OLD OR NEW. lastly speaking to higher up again tonight was promised note 20 5g ultra called back and it was note 20 5g both out of stock or not carrying anymore yet that's not what the escalations department said.
