I COULD NOT AGREE MORE!!! Just had a situation where I filed claim for one of devices, which is broken, on my contract and a manager of Asurion said I needed to wait about a week and a half longer before I could get the replacement phone for the price ($112) the ATT sales rep said I was eligible to get the phone for. When I called back on the date the manager advised me to, I was told that my claim date was the day of my initial call and I would have to pay $299 for the replacement phone instead of $112 that the ATT sales rep said I was eligible to get the phone for. They said the ATT reps do not know what they're talking about that they are using an incorrect pricing list. When I explained further that I did not complete claim at time of the initial call to them; they said it did not matter. When I told them that an Asurion manager was the one who told me I would be eligible to get replacement for $112 if I called back on or after Nov 22, 2017, they just ignored me and continued to say that I had to pay $299. I am so done with ATT!!! Can't wait for my contract to expire. I would rather have a prepaid phone than be a victim of this kind of treatment. It's as if I'm paying them to be abused and taken advantage of; very, very horrible treatment. Also. it seems to me the Asurion reps get great joy out of making their customers' miserable. They're very argumentative, as well.

Verified through Apple tech. That my iPhone replacement is a complete fake. Paid good money for an authentic Apple product , high insurance rates and deductible to receive a fake Apple product x 3.

Still trying to get my refund from them 6 or 7 months later. They billed my AT&T account and promised several times that I should see a credit on my billing statement. Has yet to happen.

Don't honor their side of insurance contract. Once I filed claim THEY keep calling everyday telling me it was denied. They say "how can I help you to today"? I tell them I don't know YOU called me. Harassment, because I filed a claim.

And being charged a $200 deductible for a $50 remanufactured phone how is that right on top of the premiums I pay every month

We were fraudulently charged $149 from Asurian Wireless on July 27, 2017. I contacted the Kentucky Attorney General and my bank immediately. I got the money back, but it appears I have lost (for the moment) my case and the money will be taken out again. Asurian has provided me with zero information as to what product and where it was sent, etc.

Assurion makes it a business to not pay claims!. THey have acted in bad faith on numerous occasions. Their representivies are trained to find everyloop hole in efforts to deny a claim yet they take hundres, thousands of dollars from customers with no real intent to follow through on their end of the deal. They give you stipulations that you dont even know are stipulation They say they will replace a lost phone, but only if your phone is active for a certain amount of months yet you have to pay the coverage and if you have a phone and dont make phone calls another denial of a claim

I have tried numerous times to make a claim on a broken lens on an iPad all we get back from Asurion is all it's too fuzzy we can't see your signature are we can't see the picture of the back of the iPad are we can see something solid Cerrone damn system that reduces the clarity this thing is nothing but a scam they make it way too hard to make a claim and then when you do for a Time who knows what happens haven't got to that point yet so pissed off there's just got to be somebody slapping with a good 20 million dollar class action suit or maybe a hundred million who knows

Pay a monthly charge then another $100.00 to replace the phone. Then you have to give them your phone so they can refurbish it and resell it to someone else. What a rip off.

I tried to make a claim after 5 years of paying $7.99 ($480 total) per month for a LG Optimus 9 and Asurion pretended to "give me" a LG Stylo 2 for a deductible of "just" $100. This deductible is more then this phone's value. This is ridiculous! this company is robing us.

Asurion has now sent 3 replacement phones over 3 weeks all have been damaged. Now they just hang up on me- Sprint is no help just keep asks no if I would like to upgrade. I am happy to hear advice or suggestions and am glad to join suit.

Still doing battle with Asurion and don't count on AT&T to help at this time. I am meeting with my attorney this week to discuss class action. Went to Apple Store in Houston when the replacement started going bad. Apple told me that the internal and external components of phone were not Apple products. Basically we are getting cheap knock offs but paying for the genuine product. Since the phone provider collects the premium every month I would think they are complicit with Asurion. I do not understand why Apple has not gotten involved with Asurion infringing on Apple's proprietary work product. Asurion tells me I have until June 22nd to request and send in for another phone but I do not want to surrender the evidence and loose the chain of custody.

They sent me a defective replacement phone for one I know I broke. The tech said it had no screen or water damage, but they won't send me a new phone because the replacement is defective. I wouldn't admit fault, at first ( still don't, but am just to get my phone fixed). They are awful.
