I am completely against more unnecessary mixed use development. We have everything we need already. STOP building just to build!! Why not focus on improving the older neighborhoods around the area? No more homes of ANY kind are necessary in this area, especially townhomes and apartments. Our roads and schools are already overcrowded! If you have to build something then make it a community pool with a splash pad park. We actually could use one of those around here. We want our property values to go up not down!!
