The density of apartments planned is too much for our area. We want single family homes.

NO to Apartments being built, especially on 141. Traffic is extremely bad, congested and this allows for more accidents. The schools are overcrowded. Built houses instead of apartments.

Traffic is already horrific. We do NOT need more apartments in the area. This is not Gwinnett, and we do not want it to be. Please build houses instead!!

While any reasonable person understands progress, the unbridled growth in the South end of Forsyth county is unprecedented. The VAST MAJORITY of residents are adamantly opposed to traditional high density apts in the area of 141/Brookwood Rd. We moved to Forsyth for a reason and becoming a mirror image of Gwinnett was NOT it. At present Forsyth County is considered a top tier community with top notch schools and medical facilities, "tolerable" traffic, awesome parks and recreation and below average crime rates. Give me ONE GOOD reason, just one, to erase those enviable statistics with stroke of a pen. Voters are at the very least upset but I think I would be correct in stating that most are outright angry. Our memories are long and we are taking note. Do the right thing and keep us the envy of the state and even the nation.

NO APARTMENTS! The over-building in Forsyth is already out of control and it has to stop before our roads become completely overwhelmed with traffic.

Please do not build hi density apartments on Peachtree parkway (141) and Brookwood Rd . My primary concern as a resident of Caney Creek subdivision is safety of students in Brookwood Elementary.
Traffic is really bad on the Peachtree and Brookwood Rd intersection, and the accidents happen quite often there. No sidewalks, very dangerous place for pedestrians.
